CollectCue keeps each request tied to one client, one period, and one review flow, so the team can see what is missing, what arrived, and what needs follow-up.
Build the monthly ask around the client, the period, and the actual documents your team needs.
Give clients one clear place to send files without introducing another account or portal habit.
Separate files that merely arrived from files the team has checked and accepted for the close.
Keep follow-up friendly and visible, with controls for pauses, caps, and manual client updates.
CollectCue keeps the request, upload, reminder, and review loop visible so your team knows what changed before close work begins.
One request keeps the client, period, checklist, upload link, reminder state, and review decisions together.
Start from a client checklist and choose the month, quarter, or cleanup period.
Clients see exactly what is missing without creating an account.
Uploaded, missing, not applicable, and pending review items stay visible to the team.
Accept, reject, or mark documents as received before the request is completed.
Follow a request from the team dashboard to client submission and item-level review.
Product walkthrough — synthetic data
The workspace separates requests waiting on clients from files waiting for staff review, so the team can start with the work most likely to unblock the close.
Product walkthrough — synthetic data
Each requested document keeps its own status. The client can upload a file, replace a rejected file, or request that an item be marked not applicable for the period.

The request review desk brings files waiting for review to the top while preserving the period, due date, progress, and reminder context.

Staff can open an individual request item, inspect the submitted file, and record a clear decision without losing the surrounding request status.
Screenshots show the current CollectCue workflow using synthetic client and file data. No customer records are shown.
We tested the request flow with synthetic bookkeeping records and a non-sensitive file. The check covered the request-specific upload link, item-level status changes, the staff review queue, file viewing and downloading, and accept or reupload decisions.
