Use of the service

CollectCue helps bookkeeping firms manage document collection workflows with clearer request, reminder, and review status.

Accounts and firm responsibility

Firms are responsible for how their teams and client contacts use CollectCue.

Client contacts and upload links

Upload links are intended to help clients submit documents for a specific request.

  • Firms should manage who receives request and reminder emails.
  • Clients may use upload links without creating a full account.

Acceptable use

Users should not misuse CollectCue or interfere with the security, availability, or intended operation of the service.

  • Do not misuse CollectCue, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or unrelated content.
  • Do not send misleading, abusive, or unauthorized reminders.
  • Do not attempt to bypass access controls or upload link protections.

Plans, trials, and billing

CollectCue may offer trials and paid plans with usage limits that vary by plan.

  • CollectCue may offer a 30-day trial and paid monthly plans.
  • Plan limits may include billable clients and reminder email volume.
  • Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing period.
  • Users may cancel subscription renewal from billing settings where available. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically delete firm data.
  • Access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period unless the account is otherwise suspended.
  • Upgrades may take effect immediately and may involve prorated charges when supported by the payment provider.
  • Moving to a lower plan does not happen automatically mid-cycle. Users may need to cancel renewal and choose a different plan after the current period ends.
  • Refund requests can be sent to support@collectcue.com and may be reviewed case by case. Refunds are handled at CollectCue's discretion or according to the payment provider's rules.
  • CollectCue may rely on third-party payment providers for checkout, renewal, cancellation, invoice, and payment records.
  • Pricing, limits, and plan availability may change over time.
  • Users should review the current pricing page for plan details.

Files and document content

Firms remain responsible for the document content they request, upload, review, and retain.

Service availability and changes
