A billable client is an active client using CollectCue for document requests during the billing period.
What counts toward the email limit?+
Client-facing request, reminder, re-upload, and exemption-rejection emails count per successful recipient. Internal team notifications do not count toward this limit.
Do clients need to pay?+
No. The bookkeeping firm pays for CollectCue. Clients use upload links to send documents.
Can I change plans later?+
